Our new Fitness Center is equipped with the latest in equipment, such as circuit training, cardio fitness training, and free weights. In addition, the member's workout experience is enhanced by our cardio theater television system.
Our certified personal trainer, Michelle Jernigan, offers weekday and weekend classes, as well as individual personal training. To schedule a session, contact Michelle at (770) 410-0955.
The Fitness Center is open Monday - Sunday from 6 a.m. - 11 p.m.
